  If it was possible to give this dealership a 0 then I totally would! They are terrible. The customer service is great until after you sign the contract. I was in a car accident prior to coming to Toyota of Union city. My car was totaled and I came to see about their Rent-to-Own program because I needed transportation back and forth to work. The salesman insisted he could get me in a new car. He told me that even though the insurance had not processed payment on the totaled car yet, the bank would approve the loan if I had a cosigner which I did. After driving the vehicle for a whole month, they decided they needed to the car back on the lot even though it's "still my car" and they have my deposit. I have now had to foot the bill for a rental for the past month, going on 2 months. They were more focused on the sell than making sure things were done correctly! Save yourself some stress, shop elsewhere!

  I have been a customer with Toyota of Union City since 2000 when it was Legacy Toyota. I am on my third Avalon and I love it. For the past several years, Clyde Chapman has been my service advisor and I trust him implicitly. He has never disappointed me and is always assisting me with what is important about the service needs of my car. I tried another service advisor once and was royally ripped off. I vowed never to deal with anyone but Clyde after that. I will and have followed him anywhere. He is exceptional and should he leave this location I will be right behind him even if it means purchasing another brand of automobile. I have been driving 48 years and I have never had a service provider like him He is simply the best, bar none!
